swapped the 140g of weight to the end of the quarters release lever for 100g

accidentally stopped the clock for 72 seconds while installing new spirit level. Corrected. The new level for measuring frame tilt has a sensitivity of o,1mrad/div. The Pendulum level has a sensitivity of 0.2mrad/div. The tower tilt level at ground level is 0.01mrad/div
